Reviews and Ratings <br />
I recently stayed at this resort spa, and there were some great aspects alongside a few disappointments. The rooms were impressively huge and clean, which provided a lot of comfort. However, I did have to deal with noise issues and not-so-great cleanliness at times. The service was friendly and accommodating, but it didn't always hit the mark. The location was convenient for accessing the snowmobile trail but felt a bit isolated. Dining was a mixed bag too, as the meals were well-priced but some dishes missed the mark. Overall, it offers decent value, yet there are areas for improvement.
My stay at this resort spa was quite mixed. While I appreciated the modern amenities and the helpful service from the staff, the state of the rooms left much to be desired, with mildew and a musty smell. The location was rather isolated, making it difficult to find nearby dining options. Overall, it had some great features, but improvements are definitely needed in some areas.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were in serious need of renovation and were not very clean, which was a big letdown for me. However, the service was excellent; the staff was really accommodating. Location-wise, it was easy to find and met my needs for the trip, but overall, I wouldn't consider returning due to the room conditions. The price felt steep given the quality of the accommodations.
My stay was quite underwhelming overall. The hotel’s reputation as a big chain didn't match the condition of the rooms which were damp and dusty. While the service had some bright spots, like resolving issues quickly, the dining experience was less than satisfactory and the hotel felt isolated from other attractions. On the bright side, it’s close to the snowmobile trail and has decent parking.
My stay at the resort was a mix of ups and downs. While the service from the staff was genuinely friendly, I found the rooms to be quite musty and in need of some serious attention. The dining options were hit or miss; some meals were tasty, but others felt overpriced and not very appealing. Overall, it provided decent value for what we paid, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
